Return and refund policy

– Products must be unused, in original packaging.

– **Refunds**: Up to 60% deduction for shipping fees.
– **Replacements**: Customer pays 20% of product cost + shipping fees.

**3. Deadlines**

– ⏳ **Replacements**: Request within **24 hours** of delivery.
